Cancellation Policy
  • 50% payment of full booking amount required at time of booking. 

  • Final payment is required two days prior to arrival. 

  • If cancellation prior to 14 days before arrival deposit is refunded less $50 administration fee.

  • If cancellation between 14 days and two days prior to arrival no refund of deposit. 

  • If cancellation less than two days prior to arrival full amount is retained.

COVID 19 Restrictions
  • If guest is required to cancel due to imposed government travel restrictions in SA or in their state from which travelling for the dates booked then a full refund is issued.
